3. Free Scan Submissions

Free scan forms collect website URLs and contact details to generate and deliver the requested snapshot.

4. Website URLs

Website addresses are used to fetch publicly reachable pages, detect documents, and connect authorized WordPress sites.

5. WordPress Connector Data

The connector may transmit site information, plugin and WordPress version, Media Library inventory, document metadata, checksums, and, when authorized, file contents for review.

6. Document Metadata

Filenames, titles, MIME types, sizes, dates, attachment identifiers, and hashes help inventory and monitor documents.

7. Uploaded/Processed Documents

Documents retrieved or uploaded for auditing or remediation are processed to identify accessibility issues and support replacement workflows.

8. Proposal Information

Proposal content, pricing, and related client details are stored to prepare, share, and retain professional records.

9. Electronic Signatures

Signer name, title, company, email, signature image or typed name, timestamps, IP address, and user agent may be stored as an acceptance record.
